The day we took over
01 — Our story
Deep roots.
A new generation.
Some traditions are too precious to let go.
Founded in 1977 by Normand Daigle and Angèle Tremblay, Érablière du Haut Moulin is part of our family story. Springs at the sugar shack, work in the woods and the joy of coming together have been part of our lives since childhood.
In 2022, David Daigle, Nathalie Daigle and Tobby Roy took over. Together, we carry on this tradition and pour our passion into the sugar bush’s future.

Here, sugaring season starts with work in the sugar bush. We maintain the tubing network, look after the equipment and all pitch in together.
Since 2023, we have been steadily investing in modernizing the sugar bush and building its future.
